ION CEBAN Owner | Construction Lead
Ion, who hails from the tiny Balkan country of Moldova, spent years meticulously learning every possible aspect of building a house — often working 12-hour days, 6 days a week, to hone his craft. The proverb “appetite comes with eating” epitomizes his journey — the more he learned and improved, the more he wanted to keep learning and improving. When he first emigrated to the US, he took whatever job he could — including donut-maker and dishwasher — until he discovered (and fell in love with) the art of housebuilding.

Concept C is the culmination of Ion’s evolution as a custom home builder, and his “it’s not done until it’s perfect” passion is evident in each new build.

Jamison is a life long woodworker specializing in framing and finish work.  He was schooled in Vermont in the fine craft of framing and continues to enjoy his passion for creating fine structures.

A natural with a paint brush or spray gun, Segundo excels in his chosen profession with the passion of a painter meticulously creating a perfect surface from a blank canvas.

Tile Lead
Johnny started playing with tile/stone at the young age of 13, quickly refining his talent. He demonstrates his exceptional level of craftsmanship and passion with every assignment.
